Projects

TBC Bank: Internal product design
As Lead UX/UI Designer, redesigning and optimizing TBC’s in-house Loan Management System (LMS) as part of the lending solution insourcing initiative. Previously managed by AltaSoft, the platform is being fully rebuilt under TBC’s control to enable faster loan operations, improved user experience, and better system autonomy. My role involves mapping existing workflows, redesigning user interfaces, and collaborating with developers to create a more efficient and scalable internal product
SubSavvy: Subscription Mannager
As Lead UX/UI Designer, I improved a privacy-first app that helps users track and manage their subscriptions locally, without server connection. I redesigned the full interface, structured user flows, and built features like payment reminders, usage stats, and theme switching - all shaped by user research and iterative prototyping.
Redesign Project: City Parking App
As Lead Designer, I led the UX/UI overhaul of an outdated city parking app to address major usability pain points. Through user surveys and usability audits, I introduced real-time session tracking, notification systems, improved contrast, and dark mode - all aimed at reducing user frustration and unexpected charges.
SKILL STREAM - Online learning platform
As Lead UX/UI Designer, I developed a mobile-first learning platform connecting users through shared food and lifestyle interests. I handled end-to-end design - from market research and wireframing to final prototyping - creating a social learning experience through short-form content and community discovery features.
